Year One Capstone Event

Year One End-of-Program Event

Year one of the Health System Leadership Academy has come to a close with participants receiving program certificates at a special Capstone event. Special guests, invited participant managers and CHA Learning’s program delivery team were all on hand to wrap up this impactful leadership development program. Applied leadership activity project concepts were highlighted and shared, along with participants sharing their own personal stories of program impact.

The highlight was lead facilitator, Amanda Björn, Humanistic Systems at Work, who provided an excellent program overview and, as always closing words of wisdom – this time from the Hopi Elders' Prophecy:

"We are the ones we've been waiting for."
