Nova Scotia College of Nursing offers Transition to Practice Support Tools to help support Canadian and international nurses who are new to Nova Scotia in their transition to practise nursing in Nova Scotia. The tools will also provide guidance for employers, preceptors, mentors and managers who are hiring and working with new nurses who are transitioning to practise in Nova Scotia.
