Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

What is copyright

What is copyright? In Canada Copyright gives owners the sole right to decide who can reproduce, perform or publish their work. It is authomatic as soon as a work is published. It does not require the use of the copyright symbol. Copyright includes print and digital publications and also protects a creator's moral rights or reputation.
