Recovering from COVID-19 is different for everyone. It does not matter how old you are or how healthy you were before COVID-19. Recovery time ranges from a few weeks to a few months. We are here to support you with up-to-date research for managing your health now.
This website provides information and resources to help you understand and manage your health after having COVID-19. It might also help your family, friends and caregivers understand what you are going through. The website contains a list of symptoms commonly experienced after COVID-19. We continue to provide more resources and supports as we learn more about managing post-COVID symptoms and health issues.
You are not alone. Your experience after COVID-19 may feel different than the symptoms described in this website. If you have questions about your care, talk with your primary health care provider, family doctor, nurse practitioner, or another health care provider who can help you. You can also call 811 for advice from a registered nurse.
