Under the leadership of IPPL, collaborative partnerships are developed to provide links to internal contributors (for example, Finance, People Services, Staff Scheduling, Workforce Planning) to help support leaders to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the design or redesign of team care models within Nova Scotia Health using the Three-factor Framework (patient, provider, practice environment). The expertise IPPL bring to these activities is highlighted below.
